Please note that you will definitely need Windows 2000 or XP, DirectX 9 and a recent graphics card driver for Glow to run. An incompatible graphics card or an incompatible driver may be the reason for Glow not to run or to cause display problems. Please ensure that the system requirements are met and the graphics card driver is up to date before making an enquiry to the support team.

Note regarding Intel graphics chipsets: Many complete systems come with an on-board graphics chip and hence have no separate graphics card. Many of these graphics chips are Intel graphics chips. From our own experience, these graphics chips are mostly not or only partly suitable for DirectX 9 games. Black Chronos does not give a guarantee for the functionality of the game with regards to such graphics chips and it will possibly not be able to resolve issues which might occur.
